Constanza was wonderful! Friendly and responsive. Rooms are exactly like the pictures. There is a supermarket nearby and you have access to the communal fridge at the property, so you can save some money on cold water

Ik was op deze locatie met mijn dochter. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en gastvrij. De kamer en de hele locatie was heel erg schoon en fris. Wij hadden de roze kamer. Heerlijke douche, genoeg ruimte op de slaapkamer, frisse uitstraling leuk meubilair, hoog plafond, prima uitzicht en heel fijn dat de airco goed werkte. Het was erg warm dit weekend. Wat ons extra opviel was het enorme zachte beddengoed, dat was heerlijk als je in bed lag. Zeer behulpzame gastvrouw die snel reageert en acteert op vragen / verzoeken.
Helemaal niks, het was een superfijn verblijf.

De kamers liggen op loopafstand (een kwartier lopen) van het centro storico. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met airco (in juni was het erg warm!) met uitzicht op een tuin aan de achterkant. De kamer was erg schoon en comfortabel. Eigenaresse Costanza was flexibel wat betreft aankomsttijd; wij konden onze bagage achterlaten toen we vroeg aankwamen. Indien gewenst kun je gebruik maken van een gunstiger tarief dat de eigenaresse heeft afgesproken met een nabijgelegen parkeergarage.

A pessoa que nos atendeu (Constanza) é bem agradável e solícita.
Embora o quarto fosse bem equipado, o colchão já estava deteriorado, afundando muito em diferentes partes, dificultando o repouso na cama.
A porta da janela foi preenchida com tecidos, a fim de bloquear a luz, mas permanecem frestas que deixam a luz passar ao amanhecer. Há necessidade de instalação de uma cortina blackout.
O local é bem afastado do centro turístico de Florença (25minutos)..
Consideramos a hospedagem muito cara para o que oferece.
