The communication from the hotel before we even arrived was fantastic. We arrived early and could check in and leave our bag to explore the city. Whilst we were out had messages on WhatsApp with key codes to get in later. On arrival we found we had been given an upgrade and a lovely bottle of chianti in our spotlessly clean and spacious room. The shower is a great rain shower with plenty of hot water, i could have stood under for hours. After a fab night out we returned to a very comfortably bed and didn't hear a thing all night. Breakfast was served just a few feet away from the room and was a delicious array of pastries, cereals and sweet things with yoghurts and fruit all washed down with great coffee. I'm ashamed i didn't get the lovely man on receptions name but he is an absolute credit. Without a doubt the nicest experience in a hotel I've ever had. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a small hotel, but kept very clean, modern and maintained. Right on the river, and an easy walk (10 min) to train station and other attractions. Do a nice job with breakfast, rooms are cleaned daily, and staff was excellent. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but definately sufficient for what we needed.
