Great small hotel in a great location. Comfortable. A/C. Clean, quiet and attentive host.
No lift.

Lovely room in such a good location. The host was amazing. You could hear the noise from the street but after a long day of exploring Florence it didn’t bother us while we slept.

Great location near train station - convenient for 1 night stay.
Bathroom is next door and requires keys etc. to get in - this was ok but the doors creaked so much and keys so noisy I felt we woke up entire hotel when ever we used bathroom.

The location was excellent.
Staff responded immediately through What’s app texting- easy communication.
The couch bed wasn’t comfortable and the ac didn’t work well. The street is loud at night, but if you are out late, too, it won’t bother you.

"Rooms were large and luxurious, better than other hotels in the area.
Also the staff were very helpful."
