La hospitalidad de la Señora Alda. El hospedaje es muy limpio lo cual da ganas de volver y muy acogedor. Nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Location was good - a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a reasonable walking distance from most things in Florence. . Quiet apartment with a kettle and fridge but no cooking/reheating facilities (not a problem for me, but a good to know for others). The owner only speaks Italian but her daughter is available through WhatsApp to answer any questions.
The password for the internet was written incorrectly on the information on the wall and in the guest information booklet. I contacted the owner's daughter through WhatsApp and she provided the correct password.
