Very friendly host with good communication. The room was clean and with a nice bathroom. Good location around 10 minute walk to the city centre.
Everthing was nice, the room was a bit small but good for a couple nights.

Loved this place! The location is super close to the train station. Our room was super clean, had an awesome shower with multiple water modes and was a great place to cool off and rest after a long day of sight seeing in Florence.
The host was excellent! The self check in process was smooth and simple. Quick response times and had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend who plans to visit the city.
Wish our room had a window to the outside instead of the stairwell, but it did not ruin the experience.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The owner Francesco, was amazing. He held our bags for us when we arrived early and held them again after we checked out, before our flight in the evening. His English was good, he was very quick to respond on WhatsApp, he gave us tips for around the city and he was just really kind and friendly. I would recommend this place to any of my friends, and I will stay here again when I visit Florence.
