About this apartment rental
The apartment is located at the top of Spanish steps in a charming middle '800 building and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, one completely independent over a mezzanine with its own bathroom (with shower) downstairs. The second in the mezzanine over the sitting room. In the sitting room there is a big sofa bed for 2 people. There is a second large bathroom and a completely furnished kitchen (dish washer, oven, washing machine). The apartment has autonomous heating, free WiFi, tv.
Metro station "Spagna" is 2 min walking and taxi station is just at the building entrance.
You will find in the best Roma area where you can easily reach all most famous monuments, museum. This area is very famous for the nice shop and elegant firm (valentino, Prada, etc.)

I didn't like the fact that they stated there would be a queen bed and a twin bed, when the twin was actually a pull out bed. But it did end up being comfy enough.

Great location in a stunning building, the host was very amenable with check-in times and allowing us to leave our luggage when we arrived rather than having to wheel it round Rome. Would certainly stay again if we were visiting Rome again.

Nice apartment with a great location! Eugenia was very easy to work with when we had a minor change in scheduling.

Great location but curtains need repair, more bed pillows are needed (one per person isn’t enough) more blankets are needed that are laundered and the place needs to be cleaned out. Black mold on the tiles in green/ yellow bath. A/C works well after we cleaned the filter upstairs. Easy fixes.
