The staff. Very helpful and courteous. The food was good. Spacious room and facilities. The pool area is nice, and will make you jump in even if you haven't planned for it.
The access requires a steep climb. The stairs and some of the verandah/pathways are not covered and with the unexpected rain, it was very slippery (and dirty).

Location is amazing and so was the food and all other facilities. Only downside could be the location which is roughly 10 kms from Munnar and therefore may make travel longer than expected.
