The sharing of common space was great. The bedroom was comfortable and the bed was excellent.

In a superb location of the historic city, surrounding by cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The bed and breakfast is located in an historic building with many original features. It is a relaxed and informal . There is a shared kitchen and living room space and is ideal for a small group. Johnny the host is great , providing lots of interesting information about the location .

The location was good for access to both old and newer parts of town. The breakfast made it a bit more social than just a hotel room. They were happy to let me keep my hire bike in the room.
I kind of expected it to be a staffed B&B rather than a semi-staffed private rental.The room was quite noisy from street noise of people outside, and noise came through from the room next door, as it was only separated by a closed door. Room facilities and bathroom were pretty basic.
