The hotels location, room, breakfast and staff were all excellent. We were attending the Thompson concert in Vukovar and our bus was scheduled to depart Osijek at noon. The front desk and cleaning staff made every effort to provide us access to our room earlier than check-in (whilst being fully booked the night before) for which we were extremely grateful. Mr. Vukovic and Mr. Stankovic also went above and beyond to courier a forgotten item to me. The kindness and friendliness of all staff at the hotel truly made our stay memorable, I look forward to staying again the next time I am visiting Osijek.
As a woman, built-in hairdryers are always a disappiontment...it would be nice to have a good quality hairdryer.

A lovely hotel in central Osijek. The staff were great. The room was huge. Very very comfortable bed. Quiet room we slept well. Breakfast was extraordinary. A la carte really delicious. Our sons ordered multiple dishes as they were hungry and each was excellent. We finished breakfast with fresh warm apple strudel and ice cream. What a great hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Location, friendly staff, good breakfast nice looking hotel, free parking.
Wi-fi didn't work for 3 days despite repeated requests, simply unacceptable for a business traveller in the most expensive hotel in town.
Rooms good but roof lights not windows.
