We loved both meals ( breakfast and dinner) and the lounge bar/ piano music. We loved the easy access to the beautiful beach and how near the hotel was to local shops bars and restaurants. I would have liked tissues/kleenex in the bathroom or bedroom. The carpet in the dining room area needs to be replaced. The floor tiling in our bathroom looked old and needs some repairs ( Room 313) The dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved out stay in beautiful Albufeira.
No Kleenex/ tissues in the room. No body or hand lotion in the bathroom. Some of the front desk staff seemed stressed out and over worked.

Location, breakfast had good selection staff was great, room was kept clean, good entertainment at the lobby bar, plenty of restaurants near-by.
No parking for cars, understandable under circumstances.

Close to the Old Town Square. On the beachfront
Was old and needed a refurb. The smallest lifts I have ever seen.
Carpet where you eat breakfast must have been 50 years old and was extremely dated and dirty.
