A simpatia dos funcionários, a localização, a piscina e o quarto.
O pequeno-almoço deixa muito a desejar. Tinha pouca variedade de comida e não tinha nenhum doce sem ser Nutella e panquecas. Fiquei um pouco desiludida para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Der Pool war nett
Frühstück war umfangreich..tlw. mit schönem Ausblick auf den Pool
Leider wurde das Abendessen nur in Buffetform angeboten, etwas teuer, vor allem wenn man nur eine Kleinigkeit essen mag.
Wenig Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, da sich gerade eine aktuelle Baustelle unmittelbar davor befindet

Expected more - if advertised as 4star one would expect 4star
Was more like a lower 3star hotel. Very dated, dark rooms, super uncomfortable beds, bathroom have mould and doors peeling, looks like the bedroom had flooding at one point. Had a 1960/70 style fixed hairdryer in bathroom which doesn’t really work. Provide no glasses or coffee/tea for the rooms and when asked for glasses we were treated extremely unfriiendly. Some staff friendly but some very rude. Breakfast could also be better.
