Breakfast fine for the money. We were lucky we visited when there were no parties going on so the hotel was relatively quiet, although full. Staff on the whole were pleasant. Good to have swimming pool, but it is quite small
We arrived maybe half an hour before 2pm and were rather curtly told that we were not allowed in. I understand that cleaning etc has to be done (I've been to hundreds of hotels of all qualities ). Was not the fact but rather the manner that was annoying and reception staff are the first impression one has of an establishment. Other staff were fine.
Not keen on piped musak in public areas.

the fact that one room could accommodate 3 people was convenient.
it was in the middle of nowhere and the room smelled a lot like mould even after several hours with the window open. the view was a ditch and some motorised noise started very early in the morning outside.
