I had such lovely chats with the staff and as a single traveller, I felt really looked after. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was delicious. I asked if they had tahini one morning and the chef ordered some from the market to be delivered the next day. The room was simple and clean and had everything I needed. Loads of sunbeds around the pool. The housekeeping staff went round every morning but I said that I didn't need any new towels or anything so I was left alone. I knew that I could ask for something I needed it. The hotel is a 15/20 min walk from the centre along the river which is lovely. Beautiful location and the grounds are well looked after. I loved sitting on the river for my meals and seeing the turtles.
The pool got very busy on the Saturday morning but I think that was because an early flight arrived and people couldn't access their rooms yet. It wasn't a problem, it was just busier than I was used to!

It’s in a great location, only ten minutes walk from the main town along the river. The pool and bar area were lovely and breakfast was very good.
We loved having breakfast sat by the river watching the giant river turtles.
The WiFi wasn’t very good in some of the rooms but the kids were more bothered about that than I was!

Everything was amazing! Great Location on the riverbank (and only 5’ from the harbour on a nice pedestrian path), the rooms were new and clean, the pool was fantastic (although 18 is a little early for closing time), good restaurant in a very relaxed and suggestive atmosphere on the river. Great breakfast. Staff was very nice too. We loved our stay.
