Short stay, longer next time.

The breakfast was first class, by the side of the river.staff were so helpful, and outside space kept immaculate. Accommodation basic but very clean, would definitely stay there again.

Genuinely nothing! Perfect first place to stay on our Mugla adventures! Could have easily stayed longer and made more of the relaxed facilities and vibe

Lovely friendly hotel in beautiful riverside location

The location by the riverside - where you can breakfast and eat at the excellent hotel restaurant while watching the turtles and fish swim just below you - is outstanding. It's only a short walk along the river into town or you can borrow a bike. There are even boats to use. The staff are lovely and the grounds and pool are beautiful.

The room was a bit small for 3 people, perfectly comfy with good a/c, but basic.

Friendly staff, beautiful pool and bar area. Gardens were lush and well cared for.

Breakfast was ok. In retrospect it was typically Turkish. I expected more fresh fruit but soon came to realise that it is usually dried fruit in Turkey as we toured the coastline.

The room was small and the bulb went in the bathroom the first day. As we left after two nights it was still unattended to. We found the traditional woven overs-heet on the bed to be very scratchy. Some other hotels had these too so it must be normal. The rooms are also small with little storage.

We felt completely at home at the Riverside Hotel

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. beautiful grounds, use of bicycles and rowing boat without charge. relaxed atmosphere. nothing too much trouble. spotlessly clean swimming pool

there’s not a lot of storage in the room or bathroom. more hooks and a shelf or cabinet would have been useful

loved this place. definitely recommend abs hope to return!

loved the location right by the river, turtles popping up ti say hi at breakfast, our is the town but easy enough to walk to.

rooms a little on the small side, as I had a six yr old who likes to play and build dens.

A completely natural environment, peaceful and very relaxed.

Breakfast was good, typical Turkish fair but with a lot of choice, sitting by the riverside in the morning was amazing, even had some turtles turn up, which made the visit, this would sum up the perfection of the Dalyan's natural location.

I can't think of anything to not like, there are a wide choice for all budgets and not far from the town if you like it a bit more lively.

Location right at the river is great, the rest not so much

Rooms are terribly small. Really, a bed and that's it. Breakfast is as simple as it can be, old coffee maker, old juice dispenser, not even water is available. Worst of our stay happened at the end or afterwards. When we were paying for the 3 night stay, there was something wrong with the credit card reader and we had to do the procedure twice. When checking my account online I noticed that the money was indeed deducted twice so we paying double. It was still in "pending" status so I could not be 100 sure about it though. When telling the manager / owner, he assured me that this would be rectified and the payment would only be deducted once A few days later I checked and the money had really been deducted twice. So I contacted the hotel to get 50% back. Then the trouble started! The owner / manager, despite speaking almost perfect English, decided to have all communications about this in Turkish language. This meant I had to copy-paste individual Whatsapp messages in google translate to get the meaning. When asking him to write English (which he is capable of) he essentially said "We're in Turkey and I speak Turkish". Due to a wrongly translated message I missed on statement which prolonged the entire affair. In the end I did get my money back but not without some unnecessary back and forth and times wasted in trying to understand what was said. Despite the fact that the problem was caused by the hotel's credit card reader. If you decide to stay, make sure to check your billing account!

Boho and basic

loved the boho vibe around the pool, and breakfast on the riverside. staff were all friendly and helpful. small and quiet place, few mins walk into the centre.

basic rooms and sun beds and pool tables could do with updating but the price was reflective of this, and we totally accepted that, and enjoyed it nevertheless..

Peaceful hotel near river

- Personnel is friendly and do their best to help - Very green area between houses, lots of fruit trees - Fishes and turtles that you can feed after every breakfast - Cleaning is every day - Overall stay is pleasant

- Bathroom was not very clean when we checked in - Location is about 1km from center and road is not quite suitable for baby stroller

Definetely worth the price.

Breakfast near river was nice, location is good, close to the center of Dalyan also quite an in nature.

Cleaning and service are acceptable but could be better.

Tranquil place for those who enjoy nature

Most of all we liked the service, the manager of the hotel was extremely helpful at all times. Everything we needed was done right away. We came in times of lockdown and Ramadan in Turkey, so it was very empty and silent everywhere. We saw several caretta caretta turtles in the river during one of our breakfasts!

When we came the first room shown to us had dirty floor. But upon our request the room was changed immediately. Rooms are very small and old. Which anyway gets compensated with absolute peace and quiet during the night.

The stunning location, relaxed and laid back atmosphere.

Peacefull place

The location it's right near the river in a quite area. Very beatifull restaurant, nice food and excellent service. There are plenty of relaxatation areas, very quite in October.
