You get what you pay for.

Location Perfect. Suited our needs. We just wanted an overnight base as we were visiting family. Price reflected the standard of accommodation.

Room dated. Not very inviting. Electrics looked to be a bit dodgy. Loose wires etc...

Good value for the money

Perfect location, in the pedestrian area with the roof top over looking the ancient tombs. The check in check out was smooth. Everything was very clean

The internet connection was poor, but maybe it's a village problem.

Great value in a central location

- roof terrace is lovely and available all day with a lovely view - buffet breakfast is pretty good - location is right in the centre of everything and by the river - value for money is excellent

- big ball of hair behind the door in the bathroom - no bins in the room - fridge is shared (downstairs) - limited parking but bigger car park is 2 mins away - picture on booking.com suggests there is a pool but this is now covered and there is a seating area instead

Superb

Quiet. No mosque, road noise or cock crowing. Did't have neighbors, so don't know about sound-proofing. Friendly owner.

The room is a bit cramped.

Fab location

Excellent location and a great price, the owners are super nice too. Stunning views off the roof.

I was there off season and they were having a lot of work done so the public areas and the roof terrace were rather messy, just a temporary thing though I'm sure. The room is small and there's no kettle.

The location is perfect. The owner is friendly. His brother is a nice guy (but needs to smile a little bit 😁). It is clean. Best thing about this hotel is its location and the price (u can't find similar hotels with this price).

The only thing is that rooms are small but it's not a big deal with all the other positive points. I would come back for sure.

The terrace, the breakfast and the nice ladies from the kitchen. The bathroom with the big shower cabin. The location. The helpfulness when we were trying to figure out where to park. :)

The room was a bit small, we would have liked a refrigerator.

The hotel is very good situated, directly in front of the rock graves, in a quiet and silent street. Breakfast is on the terrace, also here you have a good view to the rock graves. Clean hotel. Friendly stuff

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast, boiled egg cheese honey jam olives, and bread, and tea, the lady who made the breakfast was very nice. All things considered good for the price, budget hotel

The staff didn't try to make you welcome, mabye because they had very little English They room was small even though we had the family room and the shower was very small, and the water was to cold to shower

Charming boutique hotel with atmosphere

The hotel is stylish, very clean, perfect location yet not noisy. But most of all we liked the staff and the English speaking gentleman taking care of the guests. We will 100% come back.

Great location, just a minute from the boats. Great guys working, ready to help, speak english. Nice, cosy, clean rooms with the garden view. At the upper floor is the terrace with the beautiful view to the water and rock tombs. Will denifinitely come back & highly recommended

Great location, just one minute from river and boats. The breakfast was on the terrace with view on rock tombs. Personnel were really nice and helpful. The hotel was very good for its price.

There was no parking and the street was closed to car traffic in the evening - I don't know if it is temporary or permanently.

Excellent

I literally like everything about this hotel. But the best thing of course is the staff. They were very kind and helped a lot with explanations and directions. Thank you very much for that! The hotel is not big but very bright and cozy. The breakfast was very tasty. The location is right near the boat parking from where you can visit tombs and Kuanos. I wish to visit Dalyan again and if it happens, I will definitely stay at this place!
