Location & Staff behaviours. Staffs were courteous and coperative.
The handwash was not available in the Toilet and the bedsheet was torn one.

(1) Polite, attentive staff
(2) Walking distance to the temple
(1) Pre-check to be done on room before customer occupies it.
Fittings in bathroom need to be repaired or replaced. Needs a lot of force to get them working.
Torn stained bed sheet was replaced after we informed reception.
(3) Adequate training to be given to staff at reception that handle the night shift.
Guest from different room calls our room at midnight for hot water.
When this disturbance is conveyed to reception, he does not accept/acknowledge it.
