The room, toilet/shower space and progress in modernising what seemed to be the "old" accommodation (M2).

More power points for electronic equipment like laptops, and bedside lamps for bedtime to save having to turn off the lights at the door, then go to the bed in the dark.

The playground and jumping pillow for the kids was great, location was great. A lot of shops within walking distance. Locked gates at night time (you get a pin for if you want to leave). Staff we're nice.

Advertised as heated pool, was not heated (kids learnt that the hard way) Cabin was small and beds we're uncomfortable.
