Easy walking distance to station. Nice onsen from 3pm to 9h30am. Exceptionally good breakfast changing every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful
The only small issue is about a single lift/elevator which can be very slow to serve 14 floors

Cleanest and the staff are so awesome. Near also in the train station. This is not the crowded area that’s why I chose it.
Actually for this kind of hotel I got nothing to complained at all. My stay was amazing! And will love to comeback again when I visit again.

We enjoyed the onsen and the fact breakfast was included. In Ikebukuro the location was pretty decent.
The room was tiny. Oddly, the bed had only one pillow with a weird filling of 'little balls'. When we asked for a second pillow the hotel said they had none. Also, the bathroom had a very high step down into the room, which was uncomfortable and arguably unsafe.
