The grounds are enormous and very restful, though nobody will mistake it for a Hilton. Our host Carlos was a super up guy, always looking to help out. The AC was a must.
It has a kitchenette, complete with coffee maker, but no coffee by default. But they cheerfully gave us some when we asked! There are ongoing projects on the property, so it feels a little in-progress. NOTE: the listing says beachfront, which is not true. It's a couple hundred yards down the road to the beach, AND the beach is part of the national park, so you do pay for entry.

Villas Maria Luisa was a great experience to stayed excellent and friendly staff 👌the manager Yared was very friendly and helpful and professional answered every question we had about the place if we didn't know he helped us in everything he could thank you Yared! room was super clean and had all that we need inside like a microwave little cooker fridge glasses dishes cutlery cups TV air conditioning and fan etc plus a great location 2 mits walking from Colonia beach ⛱️

The towels and bed sheets were clean and nice
The cabins were very old and it showed, not just in the design but in the maintenance. The airconditioning only had 2 options, on and off. It was old and clankey. The toilet didn't flush because the water cistern wouldn't refill. They have a water pressure issue also in the shower. It was very noisy (the loud music from a restaurant near by and a child that started crying at 6 am). The kitchennette lacked a stove and implements for cooking and eating (Ex. silverware).
