The location was great. The owner and staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful making us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and there was a wide range of choices.

The room was very cute, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. I appreciated that they called us a cab on our way back to the train station! They also recommended an excellent spot for afternoon tea.
The shower was a bit difficult to use, because it was small and the door came off it's rail a couple of times. They also only gave us one key, although possibly they would have given us another if we'd asked (it wasn't a big problem for us so we didn't bother to ask).

Charming, clean, beautiful decor, plentiful amenities. Accommodating host who was friendly & of good nature. Walking distance to town. In room fridge & tea station.
Gravel lot was not convenient to roll suitcases.

Gail's place is conveniently located, has a private parking in a nice neighborhood. Gail is an amazing host, has kindly provided us with an upgrade and offered a superb breakfast. The room is spacious and everything worked perfectly. A perfect place to be to explore inverness.
