Tuvimos que quejarnos para que nos cambiaran la habitación

Teníamos reserva de un apartamento y nos dieron uno oscuro , pequeño, con una sola ventana que daba a un patio de luces muy pequeño con un muro agujereado en frente .Le dijimos al recepcionista que ahí no nos quedábamos que nos diera otro y nos dijo que nos cambiaba pero por un extra coste , le dijimos que de ninguna manera , que no pedíamos up grade , simplemente otro y nos dio uno más amplio y con terraza. Excepto este detalle no tengo ninguna queja , la cama comodisima , todo muy limpio , buen desayuno y bien situado en frente del puerto deportivo y cerca de todo. Íbamos en coche y tienen un aparca coches , les dejas las llaves en recepción y te lo aparcan y te lo traen cuando lo necesitas.

La ubicación excelente la vista al Puerto me dieron una habitación espectacular con terraza por mismo valor desayuno muy bueno

Wonderful staff, lovely large rooms.

The staff was so so so lovely! They helped with the luggage, played with the kids, and took care of everything we could think of. The rooms were large, traveling with kids this was a huge bonus.

There was an exercise bike in the room which was fine but just didn't need to be in there.

Breakfast Brand new furniture Location

Very small window in the room, it was very stuffy, felt like I couldn’t breathe. Overall a very weird construction of the new building, was a bit like a labyrinth

I booked in alesta residence but we stayed in alesta yacht… it seems alesta residence is no longer there and I didn’t see any brochure or sign related to alesta residence but everything there was belong alesta yacht which is making me angry

The cot for the baby did not seem clean, it definitely needs to be sanitized after each use, but it was not the case. The cot also didn’t have a baby mattress, instead there was a regular duvet which was folded in 4 in it, which is a safety hazard since babies should not be sleeping on soft places like that but on a firm, proper mattress. Also the baby high chair at the restaurant was not clean at all. There were food scraps on it when we requested it and they just cleaned it with a regular wipe in front of us. It was not disinfected or sanitized or anything, just wiped with a regular wipe to clean hands. Not hygienic at all. Also at the restaurant the seating was horrible. No one was seating the guests as per the number they are, for example a table for 4 was occupied for 1 person and we were expected to be divided as a family of 6. When we wanted to move and put some tables together to be able to sit together, they initially rejected. So which one is it? We either are to be seated according to the number of people we are, or all guests are free to sit how they want.

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly

Spacious room with lovely terrace overlooking the marina. Staff were great. Food in the restaurant was delicious.

the wonderful view to the sea, an excellent location

it’s rather dirty, the wet cleaning is needed. the kitchen in the apartment is badly equipped, almost it’s impossible to use. it’s enough to make a tea. that’s all

The breakfast restaurant view is incredible. Hotel location is fine close to taxi station but pretty far from dolmus taking you to all attractions.

The private beach is so small and full of parked yachts with almost no space to swim. We booked the standard room in alesta residence and our view was terrible we had a big terrace overlooking a service area so we ended up closing the curtains the whole stay. I would have considered the marina view if i knew this. Also the room was in a seperate building accessed through a service area.

Rooms were comfortable and clean but, these days, it’s difficult to be away without wifi/internet

First of all, there is a problem with the name Alesta “residence” (where we had reserved) since, as it turned out it’s not written anywhere on the property. It only says Alesta “Yacht” so although the ferry dropped us right in front of what turned out to be our hotel, we didn’t identify it as “Alesta Residence” and took a taxi away from Alesta Yacht only to be brought back to the “Yacht” 🤯👎🏼 Then, there was the mater of wifi and internet which were VERY poor. As for the staff, they hardly spoke any English 😬Only the young man at the reception in the evenings during our stay had “better” English and was very helpful and made a couple of good recommendations.

I loved it very much, the location is superb and the staff incredible helpful and friendly.

They upgraded me again and than again, I received a large room, more a large sized studio, overlooked the harbor and it was just fabulous!

Nothing, this is the bet place in a long time I booked.

Superb

I had a really nice stay at this place. Everything was good and the staff were nice and helpful. I was upgraded to the Alesta Yaght Hotel next-door which has a great view over the marina. The location is perfect to explore Fathiye and walk around the corniche. The breakfast was nice with a good variety which was served on the fifth floor overlooking the sea.

the hotel is worth the money I spent comparing to other places.

the staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was very good, comfort bedding, generous breakfast and you would stay hours during the breakfast because the stunning view where the breakfast place was in the 5th floor , the location is absolutely amazing, everything is nearby , restaurants cafes the traditional shopping center, I had a sea view room and the view was amazing through the balcony, really recommended, absolutely I’ll come back to it later.

Great location, right next to the marina but not in one of the noisy streets. Breakfast was great, one of the best hotel breakfast buffets ewe have ever had. the view from the restaurant is gorgeous. the room was very clean, spacious and the front staff gave us a free upgrade.
