The renovation works of the building are in progree. To apologize for small but inevitable inconveniences and limited view, we are applying very advantageous prices. We therefore invite you to take advantage of this opportunity.
Rome center. In the central and elegant Prati district that extends around Vatican City with the beautiful St. Peter's Basilica,
a few steps from the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, we offer you a beautiful and bright 120m2 apartment elegantly renovated and tastefully furnished.
It is located in an ancient building with lift and consists of:
1 large entrance,
1 large living room with fireplace and dining area with table and chairs,
1 large bedroom with double bed,
1 large bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds,
1 single room with comfortable French bed (140 cm),
1 large full bathroom with bidet ans shower, the tub you see on the picture is possible to use only as shower,
1 full bathroom with bidet and shower,
1 large kitchen equipped with dining area. The apartment is made even more welcoming by a warm parquet.
Peaceful view partly on a pleasant internal garden and partly on a quiet side street.
42 "satellite TV, free internet wifi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.
Sheets and towels provided.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
The piano you see in the photos is not in tune, it is a piece of furniture.
From 1 to 5 beds + cot for babies under 3 years of age (on request: supplement of 5 euros per day to be paid on arrival).
The price varies according to the number of people.
A number of beds equal to the number of people who have booked will be prepared.
Tourist tax: € 6,00 per night per person over 10 years.
The tourist tax is paid only for the first 10 nights.
The tourist tax is paid in cash on arrival.
The apartment is at your entire and exclusive disposal.
Upon your arrival you will find a city map, books and numerous information brochures.

The Perfect Roman Basecamp — Don’t Look Any FurtherIf you’re planning a trip to Rome and want a place that actually lives up to the hype, stop scrolling. We just completed a week-long stay and it exceeded every expectation.Three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms with steam showers, a genuinely spacious living room, full kitchen, and a washing machine — this place has everything. Wake up to breathtaking views of a flowering garden courtyard right outside your bedroom window, and you’ll wonder if you’re dreaming. Spotlessly clean and clearly well-maintained, with a host who was responsive, helpful, and a true pleasure to work with from booking through checkout.The location is unreal. We walked to nearly everything — the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori, Trastevere, Castel Sant’Angelo — all on foot. In Rome, being able to step out the front door and walk into history is priceless.And the price? Still a little shocked. For the size, quality, location, and those views, the value is almost embarrassingly good. One of those rare finds you want to keep to yourself.If you’re on the fence — jump. One of the best travel stays we’ve ever had, full stop!

The host maintained effective communication from beginning to the end of our stay at his property. Host assisted us transportation pick up from the airport, was on ground when we arrived and took his time to give us brief walk through of his property.Property was exactly as advertised, clean, mattresses were comfortable to sleep on, A/C units functional. I only wish there was a kitchen blender which I recommended to the host. Overall I am rating this property and the host excellent. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Roma. I highly recommend this property especially for families. It is at the Vatican area of Rome central making it easily accessible to all the must see places in Rome.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apartment was excellent. Location was good as we were at the tennis for a few days. Hosts were always in contact straight away and explained everything very clearly.Would stay again.

After spending 4 nights in Amalfi and 3 in Tuscany with our family of 5 adults, I was looking for an inexpensive spot in Rome to sleep 5 adults, 3 of whom would only be there for one night. It was easy to walk to the Vatican City but we usually ended up taking a taxi back to the condo when we ventured into the ancient city. The walls were dirty and the furnishings were very tired. Roberta was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to my questions. We found some good family restaurants in the area - Ristorante La Piccola Toscana and Il Panzotto, but Taverna Trilussa in Trastevere was the most memorable meal! Make a reservation well ahead of time!
