Viel Platz zum wohnen. Die Lage ist perfekt!
Der Kühlschrank war nicht ganz sauber und das Gefrierfach war nicht gereinigt.

Location was great, we were 2 couples and 4 nights in Reykjavik and it was a perfect base for day trips. 5 to 10 min walk to many restaurants, main shopping streets and grocery store. Free street parking available right next to building but it might be a challenge in busier months. Kitchen was well equipped if you want to do meal prep. Appreciated the basic condiments and coffee available. Beds comfy and lots of living space to to enjoy down time. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.
Instructions for picking up the keys were confusing. We thought the lock box was beside the apartment door but they were in fact hidden beside the tenants mail boxes at the front entry. Took us and extra hour to locate these. Apartment needs a coat of paint and hooks in bathroom for towels. Extra towels for a 4 day stay would be nice. Towels are pretty tired. The apartment was very hot and we could not adjust a couple of the heat sources so were opening windows to compensate.

L'appartamento si trova in posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. È molto grande, accoglie tranquillamente 4 persone, ci sono due camere separate molto spaziose. La cameretta ha due letti singoli. La cucina è indipendente dalla sala. Si trova al quarto piano, ma servito con ascensore. È dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie
L' appartamento ha qualche anno (direi 30 almeno) e in alcuni punti l' età si vede. La vasca da bagno non è recente, così come i rubinetti. Le piastre della cucina sono del vecchio tipo, non ad induzione e per scaldare il cibo bisogna avere pazienza

Great location to travel around Reykjavik
Needs a periodic deep cleaning. Too many items from previous guests like used soap bars and open food items. Had to clean oven before we used it.
