Свое место для парковки. Тихо. Большой душевой уголок.
Очень маленькие подушки. Старый матрас продавливается к центру, вдвоем спать неудобно. Нет полотенца или коврика на пол в санузле. В санузле из 3х потолочных ламп работает только одна над душем, а в светильнике над раковиной лампочки вообще нет. Вечером умываешься в темноте. Потолок в санузле в чёрной плесени.

Тихе місце, чисто, гарний вид з 3 поверху будинку. Номер невеликий, але для двох осіб на одну ніч, коли вже немає літньої спеки, було нормально. Телевізор маленький, але цілком робочий. Приємна молода господиня, яка нас зустріла та поселила.
Це гостьовий будинок, ліфта немає, як і повноцінної рецепції. Але можна посидіти в садку, влітку там приємно. Кімната без кондиціонера, але рятував вентилятор. Найбільшою незручністю був сморід тютюну від когось з сусідів, який пробивався навіть через зачинене вікно, а також відсутність протикомарної сітки в ванній кімнаті. І настінна лампа, яка не працювала.

The room and attached bathroom were spotlessly clean. There's a small fridge in the room. The guesthouse is in a quiet semi-residential neighbourhood (semi as there are a few other guesthouses around, and a hotel across the street). Parking is in a secure area on the property.
The mattresses are too soft and sag. Slept only restlessly because of this. The owners fall short on hospitality, this is perhaps the larger issue.
