The villa is superb, it provides an easy access to two beaches with different vibes. All furnitures are great. All rooms are spacious and bright. All is very clean and communication with the host was great. The outdoor area has everything you need: sun bed, outdoor shower, BBQ, swimming pool, different sizes of tables. We were 6 and never felt cramped at all. It is so peaceful and quiet and yet just 5 minutes walk to a street with restaurant. We would go back without a doubt!
None of the TVs worked but it was not a problem for us.
Note that you will need good mosquito repellent as the swimming pool at night tend to attract them but windows are framed with mosquito nets.

The villa was perfect for our needs and was like home from home. The pictures don't do it justice. Very quiet location with lovely views and a short walk to San Stefanos..it is on a big hill if you are not familiar with the area so hiring a car maybe an idea if you are unsure but we have stayed many times in.the area. Will definitely be back again

Lovely villa with a beautiful pool. Good rooms with plenty of space for 4 adults +1child. Good facilities. Good help and directions etc from owners and staff. We'd stay again
Need to be aware it is accessed via a steep hill with poorly maintained road. About 300 yard walk to main town. Fine if you have a car, more difficult for children and older people (in heat). Didn't bother us.
