Location and overall property condition
Bathrooms need a refresh as silicones are dirty, would be nice to have mixed taps for sinks intead of separate cold and hot, something that non irish dont realy like. Few shelves in bathrooms would be a good idea and few flowers around the house to make it more homely.
As the property is on the beach, an outdoor facility to wash off sand would be useful.
Outdoor plug, for example to charge EV car also would be good.

Amazing location.spacious property.
No cleaning products. No top up of clean linen after one week (we were there for 2 weeks). Crockery & glasses need reviewing - insufficient items for maximum number of guests. There was a mixture of different sets of plates, bowls and glasses.
