About this villa rental
Our luxurious home occupies a Triple plot (South West facing) overlooking a natural lake and golf course in a quiet conservation area. The house has been furnished to a very high standard. Both master suites have doors opening out to the extended pool deck, which is equipped with 6 sun loungers, 8 chairs and large table. The pool deck is ideally positioned to watch the sunset over the lake. The pool and spa are electrically heated. The house has been equipped to provide visitors with every comfort and convenience. Please note the bed sizes are Master 1 US King, Master 2 US Queen Bed 3 US Full, Bed 4 - Twin beds. PLEASE NOTE there is an extra cost for larger parties of 7 or 8 people. Attractions and Distances: Beaches of Englewood, Manasota Key and Boca are just a 10-15 minute drive away. A choice of large supermarkets and excellent restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. Golf, tennis, go-karting, deep sea fishing, jet ski hire, water sports, boat tours, bowling, cinemas, Port Charlotte shopping mall with its excellent department stores are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Myakka Nature Reserve and river tours 1 hour. Busch Gardens 1.5 hours, Orlando 2.5 hours, factory outlets at Fort Myers and Sarasota 1 hour.

Very clean, great pool. We spent most of our evenings relaxing in the pool recuperating from golfing. Thank you and hoping we can rent it again next year.

This home has it all! Two master bedrooms, four baths, a pool, giant lanai, and super quiet neighborhood. We had a fabulous stay and the property managers were amazing when we had a human error on our part!! Thank you for such a comfortable home away from home!
It is super close to beaches and fabulous food. If you like golf, 3 courses await you without ever leaving the neighborhood. There is quite a bit of construction due to rebuilds from Hurricane Ian but it is still very quiet and all the waterways have tons of fish! I highly recommend this home.
Be sure to note that your money is converted because the owners are in England so your bank may charge you a fee upon renting.

This house is made for a perfect stay. Beautifully presented, well spaced accommodation enabling privacy for all and immaculately clean throughout. Nice pool outlook at the back of the house and we enjoyed staying here for the 4th of July watching the fireworks from the local community. All amenities provided such as beach equipment, pool towels etc. Plenty of useful information regarding local area and recommendations provided by host. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time sitting by the pool watching the birds and fish. We kept watching for an alligator but didn't see one on this stay.

Our stay was excellent. Maintenance was very helpful and quick to respond when the power went out. We loved the house and having our own private pool to relax before going to the beach each day. We also enjoyed watching the golfers play across the water way. The only thing we wished we saw was an alligator.
The home is large enough to give everyone their own space to spread out. The kitchen was also filled with all the necessary materials to cook each day.
We loved that the rental came with beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to pack them. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was just as described and better. The pool was a favorite of the kids and the spa for the adults. We enjoyed the house so much we spent most of our time there. But we were 15 minutes from great food, the beach, and boat access. Would definitely go back!

I have done several VRBO's and this is the first one that I simply felt home. The villa was so perfect and located in a quiet part of Pine Valley Rotunda with little traffic. Neighbor was great and spoke very highly of the Villa owners. All around the experience was simply AWESOME!! No issues at all everything was in perfect order, pool was perfect, SPA worked perfect. Thank you for sharing your home on VRBO it was truly home away from home for me and my family.

This home was beautiful. It was large and spacious enough to hold the 8 of us. The large open lanai doors were awesome. It brought the outdoors right into the house. Our 4 grandchildren loved the pool and the beaches nearby. There were many enjoyable golf courses to go to in the area. We have used VRBO many times but this was on the top of our list.
