Perfect location and a great oasis from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Great coffee shop down stairs with excellent sandwiches for breakfast !!

The apartment is situated in the heart of Venice, right next to St Marc's Square. It was very clean and fully equipped. I would recommend it and I am looking forward to coming back!!

Fantastic location, modern renovated apartment which very well equipped.
Unfortunately we were really unlucky with the guests in the apartment above and didn’t sleep for 2 of the 3 nights. The floors are wooden and there is no soundproofing. You can hear every step and every word. We had 2 sets of guests above during our stay and both liked staying up very late and talking loudly and banging doors. it really spoilt the trip as we were exhausted the whole time so didn’t enjoy it as we should have. It’s hard to blame the owners as their apartment is lovely but I do think they need to take some responsibility for the noise as they know they are renting out an apartment where noise is a big issue. Equally I accept that it’s pot luck as to whether the apartment above is occupied.
