Simple et proche du Vatican.

Confortevole soggiorno nel cuore di Roma

Camera molto spaziosa e calda, doccia molto grande e tutto estremamente pulito. La posizione è eccellente, a due passi da castel Sant’Angelo e lo staff è stato cordialissimo e molto disponibile. Ci tornerò senz’altro !

La struttura non presenta nessun difetto a mio parere, abbiamo solo avuto qualche difficoltà nel parcheggiare nei dintorni ma ciò dipende dalla centralità della posizione.

Struttura ben posizionata. Si possono raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. Sotto la struttura presenza di locali. Signora Elisa gentilissima. Proprietario disponibile.

Essendo una quadrupla consiglio altre due sedie/poltrone.

Wonderful

The guest house was very close to Piazza San Pietro and Castle St. Angelo. Friendly staff, quite and safe area which also has lots of restaurants and various shops.

The bed, although it was comfortable it was very low.

Zentrale Lage, wenig Service, Frühstück enttäuschend

Die Lage ist super - nahe Engelsburg und Vatikan, gute Gegend Zimmer ist geräumig und ganz hübsch eingerichtet Schönes und sauberes Bad

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ausschließlich über Whatsapp, wir haben nie jemanden getroffen. Daher gab es auch vor Ort keinerlei Service. Laut Werbung war Frühstück inbegriffen - für uns ein Aspekt, diese Unterkunft für 4 Tage zu wählen - aber das war eine große Enttäuschung! Es war in Plastik eingeschweißt gekauft und wurde am Tag zuvor jeweils hingelegt (3 Brioches und max. 3 Nutelladosen/3 Marmeladedosen, dazu pro Person 1 Mini-Saftpackung). Hätte man gar kein Frühstück erwartet, wäre es ein nettes Plus gewesen. Was jedoch wirklich geizig ist: für jede Person gab es pro Tag 1 Kapsel Kaffee, mehr nicht. Also konnte jeder nur 1 Tasse pro Tag trinken. Außerdem: warum steht in einem Zimmer, das für 3-4 Personen vermietet wird, nur ein einziger Stuhl und kein Tisch für das Frühstück? Wir haben auf dem Bett gegessen! Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral, aber wenn man nicht bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen will, sehr laut in der Nacht - Dauerverkehr auf Kopfsteinpflaster. Ideal für Leute, die nur in dem Zimmer schlafen wollen und ansonsten immer unterwegs sind.

Gute Lage

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse, die Ausstattung angemessen. Ein schönes Haus mit nostalgischem Aufzug.

Das Zimmer zur City ist leider durch den Straßenverkehr und die Wohnung darüber sehr laut. Das Frühstück liegt abgepackt im Zimmer, kleiner Tetrapack Saft, ein abgepacktes Croissant, eine kleine Marmelade u ein kleines Nutella, auf einem Pappteller, es gibt eine Kaffekapsel pro Person. Ohne Frühstück wäre angebrachter.

- only for couples - shower is not private or separated from the bedroom

Very close to Vatican, very nice house and tastefully furnished suite, very good neighborhood, easily accessible with public transport, parking garage outside ZTL close by.

Bed itself had a rather soft mattress. Sofa bed really not very suitable for sleeping on, pretty uncomfortable with hard bars.

The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood and close to all the main attractions. The place itself is modern and comfortable.

Exceptional

Very responsive and helpful host. I arrived abit earlier than anticipated and was able to virtually check in. The host messaged on WhatsApp and I was able to seamlessly pay and have any questions answered. Highly recommend for a solo or couple travelling through Rome.

Great location, perfect communication with the owner, very friendly and helpful lady at the reception, breakfast with italian espresso included. Cleaning every day.

Alisa was great! She explained everything about the stay. Which keys went to what. She also gave recommendations for places to eat. Very modernized bathroom. Would recommend for one/two people that want to be walking distance from Vatican City.

Continental breakfast was prepackaged but was still decent tasting.

Pleasant

The location is good and the bed is comfortable. The self check in is a plus. A good explanation from the host how to get in and fast communication with him.

Even it is said it should be paid at the property, the host asked us to pay before arrival through a link outside of Booking. After speaking with Booking the host agreed to pay him the next day when is somebody at the reception. The next day the lady from the reception knocked at the door about 100 times and woke us up at 9:00 AM to pay.

very good location for vatican. A bit far if you plan to visit center everyday on foot. But this was our choice as we wanted to do a lot of walking. great high ceiling. good bed. on big street but no issues with noise.

the location was really good and the room was spacious, good value for Rome

there was no kettle tea and coffee, the kettle was provided when we requested but we had to pay for each coffee pod €1.50

I appreciate the communication and willingness of the staff to meet the requirements. The location near the Vatican is also very interesting. The room was clean and spacious. We were also satisfied with the shower and toilet. After all we really recommend this accommodation.

Nice room with a lot of space, especially the bathroom, location is close to Angels castle and Vatican, and was very confortable for us. Also very nice staff!!!

Only the way to the elevator has stairs which was difficult for us to carry our suitcases, but we expected it so no worries. At least elevator is super Italian and nice )

The rooms are spacious and modern. Nice shower/vanity area.

The noise from above apartment and entrance hall. Didn’t keep us awake as quiet during sleeping hours but noticeable in evening and mid morning

Very comfortable room

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lady that recieved us was very nice and even let us check in earlier as soon as the room was done cleaning. It is located from a 8 min walk to the subway so it was pretty easy to move around the city. Everything was clean and the bed super comfy.
