Excellent location! Walking distance to the Vatican and heaps of public transport options nearby. The room was beautiful and self-contained.
This is not a hotel, this is an airbnb. Communication with the host was difficult at times, they swapped between booking.com messanger and whatsapp. Check in was a little frustrating as we were initially told staff would be onsite but we didnt see staff at anypoint during our stay. Great budget accommodation, but required more planning during our holiday than we would have liked.

the accommodation was OK, the host's instructions were detailed and useful, and the location is excellent, so that makes up for all the other shortcomings
the accommodation could be cleaner and needs a deep cleaning, the room is not soundproof at all because you can hear the street and other guests as well as the tenants of the building, and there is a TV but you can’t watch Netflix or connect it to your mobile phone

The location was excellent, very close to the shuttle bus stop from FCO airport. The place was very clean, with complimentary wifi, well functioning A/C and a nice bathroom. The elevator was actually our favorite part of the experience of staying there.
Noise could be an issue as it's along a main road. Loud bikes/cars and police sirens woke us up a few times. Also there is a rule to not "eat anything in the room that is brought from outside" which was vague. Can I not even eat a banana in there? Also the process to obtain the key was pretty clear, however they didn't specify which of the locks I needed to open to obtain the key. That was slightly annoying.
