Idyllischer Ort mit der Kupfer als Fluss. Schönes Gebäude, Top Saunabereich (mit Wasser und Tee) und Indoor-Pool, Outdoor-Naturpool mit Liegen. Hausgemachte Frühstücksmarmeladen waren sehr gut! Weich gekochte Frühstücks-Eier sowie frische Rühreier. Der Nachhaltigkeits-Gedanke der Gastgeber. Schönes Frühstücks-/Abendrestaurant mit frischen Blumen.
Die Zimmer im Kaufmannshaus sind schon betagter, aber sauber. Leider gibt es keine frischen Bäckersemmeln oder selbstgemachte Semmeln, das Sauerteigbrot fand ich leider auch nicht fluffig genug…eher alt.
Duft im Saunaaufguss fehlte mir. „Nur“ ein „GreenOption“-Freigetränk für mehr als drei Nächte ohne Zimmerservice.
Die knappen Öffnungszeiten für Sauna (bis 17-19 Uhr) und Schwimmbad (17-20 Uhr).

Vor allem waren alle sehr freundlich, wir wurden immer mit einem lächeln begrüßt und verabschiedet.
Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr sauber aufgebaut und es war von allen reichlich vorhanden.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön aufgebaut.
Das Badezimmer war recht klein, in der Dusche kam ich mir eingesperrt vor.

Ambient Kegelbahn war lustig. Zum Wellness sind wir gar nicht gekommen. Sah aber gut aus.

The location and the building are very nice, the restaurant food was delicious and the waitress in the restaurant was super helpful.
The bed wasn't comfortable and the room could use some refresh in terms of deco
The information about the hotel facilities is only in German and even that is not complete (we did not know roomservice was possible until the waitress told us)
Baby bed isn't free of charge but it is not mentioned at the time of reservation
The staff is not dressed appropriately for 4* hotel (wearing t-shirts, no name tags etc)
I think it's a family ran hotel and the owner is often present around the reception and restaurant but it gives kind of weird feeling of just being observed as she is not interacting with the guests.
