The setting was beautiful- the hotel is surrounded by a beautifully maintained, lush, green park. Our booking included half-board; both the dinner and breakfast were filling and delicious and the service was excellent. Our room was elegant, huge and spacious, the wi-fi was OK. The hotel’s beautiful, cute and friendly German-Shepherd just added to the pleasure we had staying there.
Our room had a tv, and a fridge, but they didn’t work.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Bougain Villa war einfach wunderbar. Die Atmosphäre ist super angenehm und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das Personal: unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – wir haben uns rundum bestens betreut gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Bougainvilla, and it was even better than before! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the food is absolutely fabulous. It’s clear that everything has improved since my last visit — from the service to the overall atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Hübsches Hotel mit lieblichem Garten.
Nette Stammgäste.
Gutes Frühstück und guter Kaffee.
Ordentliche Dusche, heiss und kalt.
Tägliche Zimmerreinigung.
Im Zimmer zeitweise übler Geruch aus der Klimaanlage und aus dem Abfluss im Bad.
Klimaanlage schwach.
WLAN sehr instabil, schlechter Durchsatz.
Pool trüb und extrem gechlort.
Das Essen ist westlich ausgerichtet und nicht abwechslungsreich.
Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen und mussten aber für die Suite bezahlen, mit einer geradezu dreisten Ausrede, wir hätten einen VIP- Room gehabt, ein Witz. Es gab dann einen Rabatt von 5%,auch ein Witz.
Ausserdem wurde mir gesagt, dass das Gerät zur Kartenzahlung defekt sei und ich Cash bezahlen soll, was natürlich dem Hotel die Gebühr spart.
Die Transporte vom Hotel sind völlig überteuert.
Der Manager hat ein unangenehm joviales Gehabe, gepaart mit einer berechnenden Abzockermentalität..
