Завтрак разнообразный, персонал дружелюбный, расположение удачное: в пяти минутах от центра, немного в гору, на тихой улице. Кровать удобная, постельное белье чистое, свежее и хорошего качества. Общались перед заездом в Ватсапе, чтобы согласовать время заезда, что очень удобно. По приезду получили бесплатное повышение уровня номера, за что огромное спасибо! Номер 402 — это потрясающий вид из окна на море и горы!

Необходимо немного подождать, чтобы нагрелась вода в душе.

Superb

The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. Had a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely come back to this place.

This pension exceeded our expectations and we didnt want to leave

1. The room was extremely cute and clean, comfortable bed, nice smelling shampoo, etc 2. We booked a standart room (no sea view), but still even with the houses in front - the view was very nice and the sea visible :) maybe we got lucky being on the 3rd floor. I suppose the view from the higher floor is even better 3. Breakfast was great 4. It was quiet at night 5. Close to the restaurants, marina etc. Climbing up the street was the effort, but first nights we stayed down in the busy and noisy center and can confirm that the view and quietness were worth the climb

The sliding bathroom door looks cool and stylish but doesn't provide much privacy, when was needed I asked my partner to hang out on a terrace for moment :) Steep climb up from the center, with the luggage take a taxi.

It was a great luck to stay at Smyrna Pansiyon which provided us with exclusively positive experience of staying at the hotel while enjoying the place! Great location, very clean, sophisticated and cozy rooms. We had see view room which was absolutely amazing. Nice and tasty breakfast, always relaxed atmosphere and very caring and supportive owner! And finally it was easy to find some public free parking there. I would definitely stay at Smyrna again!

This is the best hotel we have been to!

It was just great! This is not just a hotel, this is a real home where you feel love and care every day. We received a map of popular places in the city, and the owner of the hotel was always in touch, telling us about the Lycian trail and beaches. The breakfasts were very tasty and of course ice tea!! I also want to note the location, it’s very quiet and you can relax, and also cats often came to our balcony and we already miss them! Me and my girlfriend who now wants to live in Kas are very grateful to Smyrna Hotel! Thank you!

Very attentive and hospitable staff. The location is great, just a few minutes away from the strict centre (a bit up the hill but very managable). Good breakfast and nice decorative details in the whole building. Highly recommend.

We staed in Smyrna Pansiyon together with my mother for 8 days. Very nice hosts, we made friendship with the whole family as they greeted us warmly. Delicious breakfasts, every day there was something new, regular cleaning, there were no problems. The interior is very nice and colorful. Everything was comfortable. They even give us beach towels. We recommend this place!

Good service, beautiful room, delicious breakfast!

It was very nice to stay at Smyrna Pansiyon. It was easy to get there from Dalaman airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly and really made us feel welcome. The room was nice decorated, had good airconditioner and a big balcony. The breakfast was so delicious with lots of choices and a good variety. Many homemade delicious goods, a perfect turkish breakfast!

The breakfast is really traditional and complete, I really enjoyed having local food, the location is close to the center, and the staff is really nice. My room had a balcony which was pleasant as it was cooler than the room and it was really necessary in hot days.

Getting to the accommodation can be a bit hilly from center, but still is like 10/15 min walk. The air-conditioned was working but it was not cold enough considering it was really hot outside and I needed a really cold space when arriving.

Family feel at Smyrna

Really lovely people running this hotel, they are very helpful with any errands or questions. The view from the top floor rooms is amazing. And the breakfast was delicious every day!! ❤️

It's the BEST hotel we have ever stayed! Absolutely hospitable hosts! Very nice, kind and friendly! Breakfasts - it's a separate delight! Every day - different dishes. Very good and tasty! Just perfect. It was like visiting a local family in their cozy home. Thank you, owners of this amazing pansiyon, for making us a little bit happier. We will definitely come back to you again!

The cutest place to stay, it‘s very central 3 mins walking distance to the next beach, cafés and restaurants. But the best part were the owners, the nicest people who want to make sure that everything is perfect and who will help where they can. Plus, they have an amazing breakfast. We will come again. Highly recommended!!

Great stay!

The owners/staff of Smyrna Pansiyon are so nice, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in Turkey. This place is a great value and I highly recommend it!

Parking is a challenge everywhere in Kaş but the hotel's location on a steep hill, while offering fantastic views, did make parking a bit challenging.

Excellent place, comfortable stay, nice chat with the owners.

The hosts were super friendly. We had to leave for the ferry before 9 am. Although breakfast officially started at 9, the hosts served us breakfast earlier.

Would like to have shampoos in the shower and earlier breakfast as many people take ferry to Kastellorizo.
