La struttura è molto grande e ben organizzata, le camere sono curate e pulite. La posizione, nonostante sia appena fuori da pozza, permette di raggiungere tutti i sentieri e il centro città a piedi. Buona la colazione a buffet, con personale di sala gentile e disponibile.
Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti, l’hotel fornisce un accappatoio per l’ingresso in piscina, che non viene mai sostituito nei giorni a seguire. Purtroppo al 3 giorno era fradicio, abbiamo chiesto più volte di cambiarlo e ci hanno detto di no, abbiamo chiesto se si potesse regolare il termo arredo per permetterci di asciugarli ma per 3 volte siamo stati liquidati con un “mandiamo qualcuno”.
Inoltre ci vorrebbe maggior controllo nelle zone delle piscine (divieto di tuffi che viene ignorato, bambini che nell’idromassaggio si tuffano e giocano come se nella fosse) e nell’area relax (gente che urla e non rispetta il luogo).

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans un appartement annexe au camping au centre de Pozza di Fassa qui nous a beaucoup plu; il était propre, moderne avec une machine à laver le linge.
Le cadre est magnifique entouré des dolomites.
L’accueil au camping a été décevant : les indications pour trouver l’appartement étaient peu claires et le personnel peu sympathique. L’accès à la piscine payant.
