We have stayed there several times before. The location is perfect, the rooms pleasant and the cleanliness is excellent.
This time only, we found the breakfast a little disappointing as the fruit appeared to be days old or maybe tinned. That is our only criticism

Cute, clean lodging, quiet, good parking.
Internet connectivity was terrible--virtually non-existent.
Air-conditioning struggled to keep up on what was only a moderately hot day.
