Fishing on the dock and you can pull your boat right up to the back door. TONS of wildlife, Dolphins and Manatee swim right up to the dock. Dock is lit at night, watch the sea life. Tigertail Beach close by! Spend time relaxing next to the water on your private deck, overlooking dock, pool and intercoastal waterway-a dream come true! Awesome Walking Paths for your morning stroll! Unit is fully stocked with everything you need, includes Washer Machine and Dryer. NON SMOKING UNIT, only in designated area. BOATERS: Our condo is PERFECT for boaters, you literally dock up steps away from the back patio and back door of the condo! The boat fees are $7.50 per foot for the week. The public boat launch ramp Collier Boulevard Boating 3620 Collier Blvd. is not far from the condo by water, it is located on the North end of Collier Blvd., just before the Isle of Capri bridge and north of the Marco Island bridge (right before you come onto the island). They should have ample boating parking.

A wonderful place to stay. The condo was perfect for me, my husband, 2 grandkids and our boat. Steps away to the pool and dock. Very convenient to everything. Walking distance to the Snook Inn. The owners are awesome with good communication. If you are looking for a place on Marco I highly recommend you choose this place you won’t be disappointed I promise!

This is such a great property, very nice condo that is clean and has everything you need to enjoy Marco. Management is tremendous, provide tons of info and little touches that make everything so easy whether heading to the beach or fishing off the dock. Quite a fun time catching fish, swimming in the pool, walking less than a block for an evening out with restaurants and live music. If you are considering Marco Island as a destination don’t miss this gem- can’t recommend enough!

We had a great time at the condo. It was just as described. It is a quiet and relaxing place. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. We met some wonderful people during our stay as well. We look forward to going back!

This condo is perfect! Great location and loved watching the dolphins play! Kellye is an exceptional host and provided us with great ideas of where to eat and what to do. The condo is super clean and stocked with everything you will need. We enjoyed several restaurants that are within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time.The condo is so peaceful and quiet. Saw dolphins daily. The pool is amazing. The pool is just steps from the condo.Sitting on the balcony and watching boats ,dolphins and water birds was so relaxing. Hope to come back soon!

We spent a long weekend at this condo and are already looking to go back. The condo was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. Kelly was great! We had some beautiful sunsets and caught some fish off the dock. We saw dolphins every day just swimming by. You will love this place!

We have stayed in Kellye's condo several times and it does not disappoint. The condo is clean, well kept, and has everything you need. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella, the fishing poles, and spent most of the time at the pool just a few feet from the patio. Kellye's condo is within walking distance to our favorite stop, The Snook Inn, and a few other restaurants such as the Smith House which served a great breakfast. You can find live music under the stars at the The Shops at Old Marco down the street. We visited Pelican Bend, CJ's on the Bay, and Joey's Pizza for dinner, all a short drive from the condo. We watched the dolphins from the patio and saw a few manatees. We also saw a sea turtle and lots of fish. Kellye is a joy to work with and a wonderful host. We can't wait to go back!

Kellye was a wonderful host, very good communication! This place was beautiful inside and outside. We had actually planned to spend most of our time at the beaches, but it was so relaxing at this place, it was hard to leave! It was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. We loved just sitting on the dock, fishing, watching the birds, dolphins and boats go by. The pirate ship even went by! Great coffee pot was a plus! Kellye, I loved your art on the walls and that olive shell hanging on the bedroom fan! Wow! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Everything was perfect and you were so helpful!

My family and I enjoyed staying in this condo for the weekend. My niece (6 years old) loved swimming in the pool, which was just steps away from our balcony. We saw dolphins every time we walked out on the balcony! I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the neighborhood was especially for a weekend. All recommended shopping and dining is within walking distance. We hope to return for a longer stay!

Everything was super! The host was easy to communicate with and was available for any needs. The fishing was plentiful and being just 8 steps away from the pool was awesome. Kids had fun in the pool and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Hope to be back soon! It was perfect for my family of 4.

Hubby and I had a 3-nite stay and loved the condo we stayed at! Clean and complete!! We were 5-10 min away from shopping, restaurants, and gas stations. The neighborhood was gorgeous and homes were pristine. Fishing off our backyard piers and swimming in the pool right outside our door. TV stations and WiFi were also perfect!! What more can you ask for?

This is my third time renting this condo and Everytime I've rented has been a wonderful experience. Was able to easily park my boat right at the dock for easy transportation. Great fishery right at the dock along with an awesome pool. Everything you need right outside your door as well inside.
