"'L'Olivera" (Catalan Tourism Registry Number HUTT-006201), is a beautiful villa located in a quiet area at the entrance of the town and its more than 10 km of beaches. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the details. It is the ideal house for family tourism. It has a large garden, a large swimming pool with child safety, a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area and free WIFI. Its good location facilitates access to all services (supermarkets, beaches, bars, restaurants, train station,...). Car parking is free throughout the town and beaches.
Plot of 750 square meters (250 square meters of house plus 500 square meters of garden).

The town is located in a privileged place on the Costa Dorada, with extensive and beautiful beaches and surrounded by mountains. This allows you to practice different water and mountain sports: kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, paddle surfing, hiking, fishing...

David and his wife are the perfect hosts, providing helpful details such as taxi numbers and recommending restaurants. They told us about the Sunday market which was excellent - a 25 minute walk near the beach or less than 10 minutes by car/taxi. The house is ideal for a family holiday with 4 bedrooms - 2 upstairs (one of which is a family room with double bed as well as bunk beds) and 2 downstairs (all with fans) and 3 bathrooms. It is well equipped and very child-friendly. There is a fence around the pool and lots of toys. The pool is fantastic and the garden is beautiful. The property is fully secure as the gates are key-lockable. With 2 fridge-freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher and many kitchen items it has everything you need. There are 2 large dining areas, one inside and one outside as well as a lovely covered patio area, providing a seating area by day or night for socialising or sheltering from the sun. The 900 year old olive tree is beautiful and provides garden swings for the children and some shade.Our party consisted of two couples with a child and a baby plus grandma & grandad and we had a wonderful holiday. There is a highchair and a travel cot provided. The train station is just over 15 minutes on foot, passing between the Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets. We travelled to Reus and Tarragona on air-conditioned trains with fares that were very reasonable. Communication was excellent, David is very responsive. We would definitely recommend.

The house and its owners more than lived up to our high expectations and their fantastic reviews.
The surroundings are quiet, it is a twenty minute walk to the beach, but there is a bus free to use for all. We had been looking for some time for a place where we didn’t have to have a car, and this was perfect. We, an extended family of 8 people, 3 generations, ranging from 2,5 to 67, had the time of our life in the spacious house!
On top of this the owners are more than helpful and generous, always only a text message away!

We had a fantastic time staying here for the week. There were 9 of us from 3 - 69 years and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful, the pool and garden were pristine and we had everything we could need. The host David went above and beyond what we expected of him, giving us lots of helpful information of the area and even giving us a lift to the beach after we had dropped off our luggage so we could enjoy our arrival day. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to families as it has everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing break away. The town is a 10 minute car ride away and the beach was beautiful and never too busy. Thank you David for a wonderful holiday and for your hospitality and help whilst we were your guests.
