The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money and a decent location (20 minute walk to Ubud centre). Rooms were cleaned and re supplied with 2 water bottles daily.
Our room was located next to construction works which woke us up occasionally.

I love the private location and access to activities via a driver. Our driver in the resort Ben was fantastic, really friendly helpful and patient.
The showers are massive , food fantastic, beds comfy

Don't book the massage to the room, is a fraud.The massage laddy came to my room for a 60 minutes massage and was looking at her phone and using barely a hand

The pool and staff, ac worked efficiently, white clean bed linen and towels.
Quiet area away from traffic noise.
We had the deluxe room, it was very old and tired, the front door curtain, shower curtain, bathroom shower screen, tiles and floor, in need of a deep clean.
