Leiligheten er stor og luftig med 2 takterasser midt i sentrum av Palermo oldtown, perfekt for oss. To romslige soverom, hovedsoverom med dobbeltseng og eget bad, og ett mindre med 2 enkeltsenger og bad i soveromsgang. Likte spesielt godt loftstuen i 2. etg. med utgang til begge takterassene. Det er ikke utsikt fra takterrassene, men det kan man ikke regne med midt i byen. Støy fra gaten til alle døgnets tider må man regne med, siden leiligheten ligger midt i den bydelen med mest uteliv. Midt i blinken for oss.
Ledigheten er noe slitt, spesielt badene, der vannet renner ut på gulvet når man dusjer i badekaret. Det manglet oppvaskhåndkler og annet vaskeutstyr på kjøkkenet, samt poser til søppel. Siden det settes spesielt fokus på oppvask og søppelhåndtering fra utleiers side, burde det vært bedre utstyrt. Luftebalkongene var fullt av rusk og rask og burde vært rengjort før vi kom.
