We booked only for 1 night. But we decided to stay for 2 nights. Because the hotel area is a peaceful place. And Nice view.. The hotel is surrounded by a tea plantation. And a beautiful garden area. šļø
The staff is very friendly. The owner is a wonderful person. š rooms are good and beautiful design.They give us perfect breakfast.They provided breakfast at our preferred time. And also the hotel provided a vehicle to visit around the ella for best price.š
I recommend staying in this hotel.

A great stay in the heart of the mountains.
We booked 2 Nights and we really enjoy our stay.
We asked for the westren breakfast and the prepared tost butter gem coffee eggs and a fruit plate and next day the made roti for us because we asked.
Everyone was so nice.
All the family members were very helpful and kind.

I had a really special stay here and itās one Iāll genuinely never forget. From the moment I arrived, the family made me feel so welcome, but more than that, they made me feel safe, which means everything as a solo traveller. They constantly checked in on me, invited me to sit with them and treated me with such kindness and care that it felt more like being with family than staying at a hotel.
One thing that really stood out was how much they looked out for me. They were always nearby if I needed anything, even at night and that level of genuine concern and warmth is something you canāt put a price on. They took care of every need so effortlessly, even making breakfast exactly when I needed it, which made everything feel so easy and comfortable.
The views here are absolutely spectacular and made the whole experience even more special. Waking up and taking it all in was something Iāll always remember.
Their close connection with the driver also made a huge difference to my experience. He was amazing throughout my time there, always making sure I was safe, waiting for me, guiding me. As a solo female traveller, that gave me so much peace of mind and made exploring feel easy and comfortable.
The hospitality was just genuinely real and heartfelt. This place may not be about luxury, but it is absolutely about heart. Some places donāt just host you, they hold you, and you leave a piece of your heart there. The kindness, warmth, and genuine care I experienced here are something I will always remember. I recommend it to anyone, especially if you are travelling solo and want to feel truly looked after and welcomed.

Itās rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for, and because of that, I found myself overlooking everything else without hesitation.
