Čisto stanovanje v stari stavbi na priročni lokaciji

Veliko čisto stanovanje na priročni lokaciji (peš dostopnost do centra, morja, avtobusne postaje..). Prijazen lastnik. Pametni TV z Netflix vsebino.

Stara stavba brez dvigala in ozke strme stopnice do 2.nadstropja s prtljago. Nobenega prijetnega pogleda iz oken. Stare brisače in pretopla odeja. Neudoben kavč v dnevni sobi.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable and nice

Large and well equipped apartment right in the city

The apartment is large and well equipped. The shower is hot, the WiFi good, the double bed comfortable. The location is near the center and in walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, shops, parks, the harbour and many places of interest.

The dining table is very far from the kitchen and there is no tray. The balcony is too small to sit on. The TV has only Spanish channels. The school right in front of the house was quite noisy in the morning. The single beds are quite hard.

Comfortable apartment close to the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Comfortable apartment, well equipped, sufficient space for a small family, very nice and helpful owner (who lives upstairs, good if there are any problems).

The apartment is a bit elongated and a bit narrow, but that's almost negligible. The proximate area is somewhat dull, but the center and many restaurants are only a few hundred meters away. A large supermarket (HyperDino) is in about 500m distance.

Nice and convenient for visiting Santa Cruz

The owner is really nice and helpful. He booked taxi and provided good restaurant information for us. Next time when we visit Santa Cruz we would like to stay there again. Thank you!

Great localisation for a good money

Great localisation - near main road with bus connection to the beach and by foot to the center. Nice hosts with easy communication. Bathroom was clean. Convenient key pass, by leaving them in the box.

There is no A/C, only a fan. Bedroom has window on a narrow inner side of the building (hard to describe ;) ) - you can actually take a look to your neighbour kitchen. Apartment has strange setup - is very long but narrow. All those are not something bad - it is just how the house looks, for our 2 nights stay in October it was good :)

The apartment was really big and well furnished

It’s at second floor without elevator and if you have heavy luggages is not the best. It is difficult to find parking. However these are things known in advance, so no bad surprises and the rest was amazing

Very good location. Nice, clean apartment. Very big. Well equipment. Good wifi. The owner was super nice. Will definitely come again.

One minor thing. I am a bit tall and it was hard for me to fit in the bed.

Exceptional

Excellent central location, lovely comfortable flat. Near all the best restaurants and places of interest in Santa Cruz. Will definitely book here again on next holiday to Santa Cruz.

Hot water enough for quick showers so washing long hair after swimming at the beach was a bit tricky but got used to it after a couple of days so no problem really.

Great spacious apartment in city center

Very large apartment, basically a two bedroom (one with bunk beds) flat with useful kitchen, cosy living room and small balcony. Clean and spacious. Bathroom is also spotless. Washing machine as a bonus. Excellent position in calm downtown residential area, 5-10 mins from main square and streets, but still close to the main exits from city. Very large city beach is very close, 15-20 minutes with car or public transport. Anaga nature park is 1 hour away. Parking on the streets around is free, only hard to find, but within 5 minutes walking distance on the other side of the Rambla you can find it with ease. Host is very nice, helpful and always available :)

Wifi is a bit slow, could be a bit better. Parking can be problem, but it's easily solvable.

Cheap and central stay, with some limits

The host is relly nice and always available to help and support. The apartment is big: we had 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room which is a lot for two people and pretty good for the price. The check in and check out were super easy. The location is great to reach the city center and many restaurants in a few minutes walking.

The apartment and furniture are pretty old and not the cleanest I have seen. The noises from other apartments can clearly be heard as the double bedroom's window is very thin (even if closed) and it leads to an internal court where other apartments overlook. The shower in the evening time has always been lukewarm (never warm) and even if using it for less then two minutes, the second person would have had it cold. It might take a while to find a close parking slot.
