Central location easy to walk everywhere. Room is clean, shower worked well. The bed was incredibly comfortable!
Lots of steep stairs if you stay in the top rooms without a lift which was fine for us but might be tricky for some people.

Beautiful top floor space. No elevator to the top so you get your exercise for sure. The room was so bright and white and lovely. The property is surrounded by wonderful shopping and restaurants and all the tour companies pick up within a block.
Understanding we are in a historic building but would have loved an elevator in the heat.

It’s a wonderful spot in the city centre so close to everything.
No lift made it really hard, especially with a lot of luggage. It was also very loud some nights and we struggled to sleep along with the walls being so thin we can hear every thing that was happening in the room next to us…
