Family friendly and great location.

Family friendly, great location and next to the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Air con did not work and room needed to be cleaner. Bedsheets had stains on them and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Stains on wall.

Miserable

the beach (off property but nearby)

staff was unhelpful, room was dirty, filled with ants, but mostly how incredibly overcrowded (at the pool, the roads, the rooms)and cramped it was with no parking. it made for some dog eat dog” mentally and incredibly rude guests, as I think everyone felt overwhelmed by it.

Location is decent and the size of the apartment is good, but facilities need improvement

Location was fine Room was spacious

dishwasher did not work, so we had to wash dishes manually electricity went out for an evening No warm water on the last day Wifi did not connect at all during the entire weekend so I couldn't work. Hotspot also didn't work well in this area. Also we had to mop the floor ourselves. I sure hope the staff cleans it after us as well

The location was lovely.

The location was lovely, not far from the town centre and beautiful view overall. The room was in good condition besides having no access to wi-fi.

There was no wi-fi at the room. Also, the check out was slightly stressful because I had to catch a bus to airport and if I wanted to check out before 7 am I had to leave 35 pounds which I do not feel it correct. I also had to leave 100 pounds in cash deposit which was not highlighted on the website and was slightly inconvenient as I had to take out unaccessary money out and lost money on currency exchange.

Najlepsza była odległość od jeziora, do tego ilość beach barów w pobliżu, odległość do Bardolino i Gardy:). Fajny basen.

Myślałam że nie będzie mi to przeszkadzać, ale niestety nie ma prawie w ogóle zasięgu przez co WiFi jest potrzebne a nie działa nigdy. Do tego domki są bardzo blisko siebie i słychać wszystko. W domkach nie jest aż tak brudno jak piszą, chyba że się przyjrzysz dokładnie np. Za toaleta i w innych ukrytych miejscach. Do tego Pan w restauracji trochę opryskliwy, bardzo chciał coperto.
