There was no breakfast. Also,no coffee or coffeemaker. There was a very good restaurant within walking distance.
It would have been nice to have kitchen better equipped, and to say ahead of time that there is no food there. It would have been nice to have some breakfast food there. I enjoyed the restaurant for dinner.

I booked this place to be nearer the airport as I was flying quite early. The place is easily accessible by public transport and a little walking but it was perfect. Nice and quiet and good facilities (bare in mind, no shampoo body wash etc is provided so bring your own). The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable! The host was very kind and helpful! I saw that he offered lifts to the airport for a fee so I messaged him about it. The host was very prompt and got me to the airport in good time so I only have amazing things to say. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
The only downside is probably the lack of shops nearby but that didn't bother me as I knew beforehand and came prepared

I loved how clean it felt most of all, and the guest house was absolutely silent so I slept great. The airport shuttle is totally worth the extra cost, check-in was quick and easy, and the owner was pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a 1-night stay before or after a flight. Wifi and outlets functional, security excellent. Within a 5 minute walk, there's a little convenience store with fresh bread in the mornings, and also an adorable cafe with excellent coffee and friendly staff. There are 2 bus stations within the same radius too, so you can reach Prague in about 50 minutes from here. Statenice seems like a cozy, friendly village and I would have stayed a few hours longer if I could.
The room is extremely minimal - If you're looking for a bed and a shower, then it's perfect. But I would have liked a few more small amenities like a little bar soap for the shower or a couple tea bags, maybe a map of Statenice with nearby restaurants/shops marked. There's nothing I can complain of, but due to this I would not recommend to stay there more than one night.

Not sure how old is the house but certainly feels new and very clean. Also arranged pick up from the airport was nice and affordable. There is a table for some work or snack, kettle (no tea or coffee, though), small closet, heating, windows blinds, calm area and wifi was also good. So really could not ask more for a one-night stay.

Very friendly staff, very clean premises, and I liked that there was a kettle, mug, spoon and plate in the room. Quiet location, though walls between rooms are thin. Internet worked very well.
There was no breakfast available and this was difficult since there are very few food shops nearby and it's a bit depressing to eat breakfast in a bedroom. There are buses nearby that go to the university and town centre, but they do not run very regularly and the one to the university stops running at 5pm so I had to get a taxi back most evenings (I was in Prague for a conference) since the roads that go to town are not safe for walking on (no sidewalk).

Amazing staff! I was looking for place to stay just for a one night trying to catch a uber next day straight to the train station. However, the owner gave me very clear intruction how to use the public transport (it wasnt really clear on google maps) to get my destination on very short time without spending extra money for uber and yeah - it was very simple - indead!
Also i has been picked up from aiport by him for really small charge. I will definitely recomend this place for everyone.

Booked last minute (booked around midnight) room for wife (+ baby) who travelled from Germany back to Slovakia and wanted to split the driving trip and stay overnight in Prague Area. Guest House reception staff waited/was available and helpful until 1:30 AM whent they arrived at the property. The calm rural location around the property was very nice and relaxing. There is a large playgrond for kids just across the street.

Owner was friendly and gave me what I need. Also it’s a spacious room for the price. You can have a good night sleep there.
The area could be a bit dark if you travel by yourself in the evening. I took a taxi and paid 16 EUR just for your reference.

Everything was perfectly clean and most of the stuff in the room was brand new.
The location is not very convenient, and there is similar places with similar prices located inside the city.
There were a lot of mosquitoes and dragonflies in the room.
The WiFi was occasionally unstable.

Separate bathrooms, and no curtain on the widow to take a shower.

A very friendly host. Location is quiet and perfect for early flights. The room is clean and has everything necessary for one-night stay. Transfer to the airport is very convenient and cheap.

Clean, basic and excellent value for money. Own key for shower/WC. I was travelling during Global Pandemic, little shop 5 mins away is very basic open until 1800 very easy to find. Didn’t get to visit Restaurant which is near the shop. Host dropped me at Airport early hours in the morning and only cost 2€ excellent service.
