We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an authentic charm, with high-quality materials and excellent maintenance throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well finished. The beautifully landscaped gardens create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and are one of the hotel’s highlights. The hotel beautifully showcases the work of local artists, with several hallways curated like small art galleries. There is also an impressive collection of well-preserved antiques throughout the property, adding charm, character, and a sense of history. Together, they make the hotel a perfect showcase of the region’s traditional art, culture, and heritage. The spa and the other facilities are excellent, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant is outstanding, with excellent service and delicious cuisine. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Every dish is beautifully presented, making the restaurant a perfect ambassador of Ecuador’s rich and diverse gastronomy. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The curtains were made of good-quality material and provided good privacy, although the curtain system could use a minor adjustment to close perfectly.

The pool and wet areas. Food was good.

The rooms are set in a way with too much movie. For example: we were set under the kitchen ventilation fan with a lot of noise. They changes us but for a smaller room. They compensate the value with other charges but was far from ideal for the value paid
