The location is great, breakfast also great, the breakfast staff was really nice and attentive. The room is quite big.
There supposed to have a water cattle in the room but there wasn’t. We asked the reception staff for it, the reception staff insisted that should be one in our room, we went back to check and confirm there wasn’t one, the staff said he will ask and get one for us, we waited for long but he never came back, we then had to go downstairs the third time to ask for hot water.

This location of the hotel is in a quaint little village of Ramsau. Just beautiful views all around. Quiet and very relaxing.
Proximity to Berchtesgaden.
Our Room was very clean and recently redone.
Young lady that owns or is in charge is very friendly and great.
The waitress we had both nights was not good. She was always trying to rush us because she had some excuse. One night she gave us a bill that was completely incorrect (combined with another table). The restaurant hours were too short: 7pm
Breakfast was very expensive for what they provided - 15 euro per person per day.

Location of this property is perfect. If you have car, then hintersee is just 7 mins Drive and königsee is ca.30 mins drive. Free parking is plus too. Spacious and clean room as well.
Sound insulation is not good. One of the resident from lower floor also came to me to ask to walk slowly in the room, I was on vacation with my 2 year old son, so it was pretty difficult to convince my kid from not playing in the room in spare time. Pillow on the bed is also very big, difficult to sleep if you are not used to big pillows.

The location is very good and the hotel has the basic need. The facilities are well maintained
Basically I don't find the value price/money adequate, since I see it too expensive for what you get. The facilities are limited and the cost of the hotel is, in my opinion, high. Additionally, when we arrive the hesting was off and we had 5 degreed outside. The room was very cold and it took some time to heat.
