Nestled in Siesta Beach, this lovely condo for $173 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Looking for fantastic location? This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Siesta Key sits right across from the Siesta Key Beach voted #1 Beach in USA. This large condo is light and bright with large wrap around balcony and great view of the pool. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need for a restful vacation. "Our House at the Beach" offers great family friendly amenities with a community swimming pool and 2 tennis courts. A 5 minute walk and your at the #1 rated beach in the USA with picnic tables.. Enjoy morning walks on the beach or a picnic basket of wine and cheese to watch a daily incredible sunset. Elevator building. You'll never want to leave! This end unit has tons of natural light and has an open and spacious feeling. The living room/TV room is decorated with a beachy feel in neutral colors and has sliding doors to the wrap around balcony. Enjoy wifi/cable throughout the unit. Right off the kitchen is a large dining table for 4 people with great views to enjoy while eating your favorite home cooked meal. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a family meal. You have a stainless appliances including a microwave and dishwasher too! For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with bathtub and shower, King bed and large closet. There are large windows with great views and new blinds just added 1/2024) natural light and a TV as well. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with closet and bathroom right around the corner. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and tile floors. Master: King bed, New Blinds Added as of Jan. 2024 Guest: Queen bed Dining room area: Pull out Queen couch which can be left open as there are 2 other couches in the living room. Easy to accommodate 6 people. Stainless Appliances Enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings on the balcony while the sunsets or star gaze on a clear night. Peak-a-book view of the beach from the side balcony - not full water views. Views of downtown Sarasota off in the distance. Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, etc. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. This complex does allow golf carts. We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day. Create exciting memories, have more fun, and truly experience the Beaches of Sarasota! Book now for an amazing vacation experience! Activities are subject to change and based on availability; non-cumulative and non-transferrable. Feel free to book for a month or longer but Xplorie is not available for booking 25 days or longer. We stayed in unit E-503 and was quite disappointed when we first arrived. The unit smelled of cigarettes upon arrival and the outdated furniture was dirty from stains. We had to put sheets on the furniture to cover the dirt. After walking on the floor barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black from dirt. The kitchen had to be the smallest kitchen of any condo I have rented. More than one person in the kitchen was crowded. The new refrigerator was too big for the space and you couldn't open the dishwasher completely. The dishwasher door would only open enough to load the top rack. You needed to be nimble to put anything in the bottom rack. It did have a new washer/dryer.

Check in and check out was so easy. The condo was very clean and spacious. The pool was convenient and the location is perfect. Right across the street from the beach and just down the road from the village.

Spring Break vacation with 18 year old daughter, her friend and 10 year old son. Vacation in Siesta Key at least once a year. Pros - Location is perfect for teens, right across the street from the public beach (volleyball, tennis and pickleball). One mile from the village (long walk or quick golf cart ride). On-site tennis courts, pool and grilling area are all very nice. Layout of the condo is ideal for family/group of 4-6. Wrap around deck is great for relaxing. Newer washer/dryer and stainless kitchen appliances. TVs and WiFi are sufficient for streaming (if you plan to watch TV on vacation). Kitchen was equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Closet had a few nice beach chairs, noodles, toys, etc. Overall, the condo was clean and they did offer additional parking spots if you rent a golf cart.
Cons - Could use some updating, specifically in the kitchen and bathrooms. Doors did not match up and would not close properly, countertops/faucets dated and lighting was dingy. Typical for some Florida rental units, the furniture was dated and mismatched, but all clean and functional.
For the price, would definitely stay here again. Five star unit if additional updates are made.

The location of the condo is wonderful, we were able to easily walk to the beach. It is close to downtown—2 minute drive for shopping and dining. We enjoyed every second of our stay and was sorry to leave.

Good location, grounds well kept and nice pool.The condo itself though could use some updating. Things are clean and beds are comfy but has the 1970 look. Also one key was not enough with a door to unlock to get into building and then into condo. Called for extra key and never got called back. Parking was nice. Would stay again.

We decided at the last minute to head to FL. A friend recommended Siesta Key, and it was well worth it for a family with 3 teenagers! The kids could go to the beach anytime they wanted (directly across the street) and the pool was always an option. The FREE trolly is basically outside the complex which takes you to the village where all the bars/restaurants/stores are located. There were a few wonky things in the condo, but the management company responded ASAP. The kitchen has brand new appliances but the rest is a throw-back to the 80's. Bathrooms are from the 80's, as well, but function just fine. I loved the balconies for the ability to sit and read and have cocktails! It was a plus to have a washer & dryer in the unit. The pool was fun - met lots of nice people - and there is great grill and covered area to eat.

What a place to call home .
We walked into the condo and said WOW! We didn’t want to leave. This place was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Everyone we met on the elevator was very nice.
