Good access to tube and bus services and easy to find in great location for local amenities. It was fine for one night room extremely clean with very comfortable bed with bonus of air con in the room. Tea and coffee facilities a nice touch. Secure entry to property and room. Prompt response from staff.
Bathroom a little dated.

The location - very close to the market, bus stop across the road - was very convenient. The room and bathroom were very clean, neat and tidy. A parking space was reserved for me for my stay. I liked that the doors are digital so there is no bulky key or card to worry about. All in all, a lovely little hotel which I would recommend to others.
There was nothing I didn't like but I didn't have any hot water on my arrival nor the next morning. Also some items were left in the room by a previous visitor. However, once advised, and while I was out, the water was fixed it and the items were removed. That being said, Anna was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

It was in an ideal location for us visiting family. The room was clean and serviceable.
