Les gens du service ne parlent qu'anglais Personne est venu faire le menage ou vider les poubelle Les meubles ne sont pas tasser pour bien nettoyer Pas de bouchon pour le bain Pas assez de serviette pour la douche

Hébergement parfait pour une famille à petit budget

Je n’ai pas compris pourquoi le garçon de chambre a cogné à 9h du matin pour offrir ses services. Il nous a réveillé. Pour un lendemain de Noël, ce ne fut pas très apprécié.

Comfortable bedding, but thin walls and some maintenance issues

Bed was very comfortable. They had a cute large fantasy key attached to the key ring with your door key.

There was icy snow banks piled up in the parking onto the walkway and it made walking into the door dangerous. It was very loud and easy to hear other guests There was a lot of dust in the room, when I got out of the shower it collected on my feet just walking to the bed Thermostats were off and it was freezing when we entered

This motel is run by an amazingly friendly Indian family who went above and beyond to take care of us. They cooked hot dinner as we were there on Christmas night and all restaurants were closed in the city. They treated us like family

Comfortable stay in a clean and well maintained property.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. They take proper care of it. It says it’s a motel but from my pst experiences with motels, this one was by far the most clean, well kept and well maintained. The care takers were very humble and helpful.

Absolutely nothing. For the price we paid, we got the best service possible.

The stuttering on the tv while watching a show was annoying.

Comfy Beds and Great Value.

The location was perfect for your needs and it was easy to get to. It is located right off the exit. The beds were really comfortable and we all great night sleeps.

Its a little dated and can use some updates. The parking loot needs repaving.

The room was clean and wasn't noisy

The room was freezing cold as the heating was off when we arrived, and the decor was reminiscent of the 1980's. There was no breakfast or coffee or even a coffee maker in the room

Exceeded expectations in a major way.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the room was well made and spacious, the bathroom was super clean with excellent pressure and hot water. The room had a huge modern smart TV with everything you could hope for on it, including Netflix! The value for this room was excellent! We were even allowed to park our motorcycles under the carport to avoid starting the day with a wet behind!

The only thing I can fault is that the place doesn't look like much from the outside. The place is not a luxury hotel but it much better than it's star rating would suggest.

Payment with booking is a concern, hotel getting all credit card references from Booking platform and asking again process for payment. This a poor process without any security!!!!!
