About this house rental
Located in Laguna Beach, this attractive house for $563 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Sea La Vie. Come and enjoy life in our beautiful townhome on the beach. Newly remodeled as of May 2018. New applicances, cookware,flooring,decks, etc. Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a large beach level deck as well as a second floor master suite balcony. The master suite with a full bath, Jacuzzi tub and shower looks out to your private balcony with your private view. First floor includes a bedroom that has one queen bed and also includes a full laundry with full bath, a full kitchen, and living area over looking the beach. Second floor bedroom has a queen bed and twin with full en suite bath. Second floor also includes a bunkroom with two built-in twin bunks. For larger parties my best friends own the adjoining home on the east end. Their VRBO number is 1114818. For even larger parties they also own a home a mile down the road VRBO #1222400.

We had a great stay at Sea La Vie!! The home was just steps from the beach and everything was clean and in good working order! The place is also tastefully decorated! Would definitely stay here again!

We felt at home the moment we stepped into the house. It was so welcoming, lovely, clean and well decorated. We loved easy access to the beach. The views are amazing and beautiful. The host is very easy to communicate and answered our questions fully and quickly. Everything was wonderful. Definitely highly recommended place!

This townhouse feels and smells clean! It is in the perfect location only steps away from the powdery white sand. It was perfect for our family of 5. Lisa is an amazing host and was very attentive. A Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs are provided by the host. Zero issues or problems during our stay and very easy check out. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommended it!

Very nice accommodations, everything worked well, great access to the beach. The only negatives were lack of parking - 3 units, too crowded - small living room and very crowded laundry area - bump your head spacing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie! Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, and we had everything we needed! The grill on the deck made for easy dinners on the beach each night! There were beach chairs, plenty of outdoor seating, and even a few beach toys for the kids. We loved the location and while we were there at the tail end of spring break, the beach was never over crowded! Lisa was so pleasant to work with and I appreciate her! We will definitely be returning!!

Wife and I stayed at the place for a relaxing work break spring getaway. We loved the place and well worth the cost for those who prefer to stay at a nice place actually on the beach.
The place has all the things you need from kitchen to bath to lots of outdoor chairs and beach umbrella. The Bose bluetooth speaker is a very nice touch for listening to tunes on the patio.
The place was super clean and we loved the design and local decoration touches.
The bedroom patio is a great place for morning coffee and dolphin watching, which we saw swim by most mornings.
The beach is clean and white sand with lots of room being away from the more populated beaches to the east and west down 30A.
A great variety of food options in local places and nicer restaraunts on 30A which start about 15min drive west. We loved Backbeach BBQ, the Shrimphouse, DQ (a family vacation tradition) in PCB, Great Southern Cafe in Seaside and will be trying more of 30A area next trip which had lots of places and shops to check out.
Lisa was a great host, we had some issues with the keypad but she worked with us to get access and we eventually figured it out together. Her friend stopped by to help and manages the also very nice rental to the east also worth checking out.
Only thing worth mentioning just to be aware, is that this is the middle of a row of townhomes with close decks so have to be patient, mindful and courteous when using patio. We had some great neighbors so not a problem.
We will for sure be back and blessed to have found this gem that you can tell the owners take pride in managing and sharing!

This adorable house was perfect. Right on the beach and close to great food and Pier Park. Loved the decor and the house was spotless. Great communication with owners I would love to stay here again when we travel back to PCB.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Beach access is right outside the backyard. Quite and serene. Perfect relaxation setup. Only one thing that I would recommend is to add a separate thermostat for upstairs and allow for windows and patio doors to be opened while the other thermostat is active.

We had an amazing stay! The property is nicely updated, has so many amenities, was clean, and was in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners even included beach towels and chairs. The owners were also great with communication (checked in to make sure we had everything we needed). Great November Stay
The property is beautifully clean and comfy, well appointed and the view is just fabulous! We will come again after the beach re-nourishment is finished and the equipment is moved away. The Owner was upfront about the equipment being present, and we really appreciated that! Even still, the view and sound of the beach right on the deck is terrific. The location is great - a neighborhood not a tourist destination. Just what we wanted for our adult family get away. The bunk beds are a bit short for 6'+ young men, but the couch pulls out and made a comfy bed for him! The Owner was gracious and exceptionally communicative - and we greatly appreciate staying in this lovely townhouse.

Let me start off by saying that “Sea La Vie” is beautifully furnished, fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll need, and it was impeccably clean! There are several modern updates to this property that makes it look and feel brand new. The views from both balconies are breathtaking! Plenty of outdoor seating with a partially covered patio which was perfect for the rainy days. There was an outdoor storage chest that was full of items should kids wish to use them on the beach or in the water. Location is only minutes away from Pier Park, our favorite restaurants, and nearby shopping.
This other part I will add but it does not take away from or discredit my review of the property itself. Panama City Beach was starting an 8 mile beach restoration process that just so happened to start the week of our arrival. Sea La Vie was the dumping ground for all the large rusty pipes, equipment, and heavy machinery. The owner was good about informing us as she heard news of what was going on.
Another thing was that construction started to the house right next door after our first night there. This we were unaware of. We were woken up every morning at 6:00am to the sound of hammering, drilling, beeping, and metal clanking. I do not blame the owner for this whatsoever as she/they are not responsible, nor could they change the fact that the beach restoration interfered with our trip. I will however comment that I believe we should have received some sort of nightly credit, discount, or partial refund. The owner did offer us a full refund the day before our check in date but we had family flying in so that wasn’t an option for us to cancel a day before. There was a group of women that checked in next door to us. They told us that their owner gave them a credit of $50/night in hopes of them not canceling vs their unit being empty for the entire week due to all the construction. I feel that some sort of compensation would have been the best thing in this case. Again, none of these effects my rating of the property itself. The owner was very friendly to work with, but it would have been nice to have received a small discount for all the troubles we went through while staying here. Knowing we paid full price but didn’t have the direct beach access we paid for, blocked views, and constant noise took away from our overall trip.
Overall, Sea La Vie is a beautiful property with amazing views and features. I would consider staying here again in the future!

The property is for sure a gem.The house was equipped with everything. It was spotless clean and the view was amazing. Beach is just foot steps away from the house and very convenient.
More than the property, host Lisa won our hearts. Her hospitality and communication was great. So far out of all the vacation rentals we have been to, Lisa and her property cannot match anyone. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for beach front vacation home. This is the place. Everyone in family just had to say one thing throughout our stay, "THIS IS AMAZING". Thank You Lisa for making our small vacation end with big and sweet memories to cherish life long.

This rental couldn’t have been better. Lisa was a amazing host, easy to communicate with and so sweet. The place was super clean and was just like the pictures. We had our wedding here and it was perfect. The house was full of love and laughter the whole time! Lisa keep in contact and as well as her friends who own the place next door the whole time, everyone was so helpful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.
