Nestled in Bath, this lovely condo for $216 per night is a great choice for your next break. - One king size bedroom - One twin bedroom with an additional single bed on request - Two bathrooms, one ensuite shower room plus family bathroom with over bath shower - Historic 1930's lift - 3rd floor apartment with gorgeous views of river, cricket ground & Bathwick Hill This gorgeous, light & peaceful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft apartment is located in a Grade 1 listed Georgian building on a wide, pedestrianised street. Duke Street is an ideal location for all your city needs with all the sights of Bath within easy reach. Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths & Bath’s many delightful shops are a short stroll from the apartment & Bath Rugby’s ground is a mere 2 minutes walk along the river towards Pulteney Bridge. In addition, there are many fabulous restaurants on your doorstep including the acclaimed 'Sotto Sotto’ on North Parade. When you return for the day you'll be able to put up your feet & gaze at the glorious view of Bathwick Hill & the distant Sham Castle to relax & rejuvenate before the next day. To help with that home to home feeling there is free Wifi, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer & the comfiest beds we could find. A highchair, cot or extra single bed can be also provided on request. In addition a widescreen TV & DVD player with DVDs of some of the many films shot in Bath over the years are waiting for you. If you fancy some exercise, Bath Leisure Centre with a pool, gym & exercise classes is a hop and a skip over North Parade Bridge. Whilst for those fresh air fiends, the canal can be easily accessed for walks/runs/cycle to Bathampton (3 miles) & beyond. Bikes can be hired locally or you can bring your own & keep them in Georgian House's basement bike store (please bring your own lock). The canal is also a lovely way to walk to the Holburne Museum. Georgian House is an amalgamation of three Georgian townhouses & has retained its grand feature staircase from its hotel past. Whilst walking up the wide, shallow steps is different from your usual Georgian building, this apartment is on the 3rd floor. The 1930's lift is there for those who'd like to use it & is very handy when you have heavy suitcases. A 5 minute level walk from Bath Spa Train & Bus Station, public transport is the best way to visit Bath. If however you need to bring your car Georgian House is very close to three multi-day stay car parks.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at. The apartment was well stocked, it is in a great location, Rachel was very good with communications and there was even some chocolates when we checked in:) Loved it!

Lovely Apartment. Fantastic views. Facilities in the flat great. Everything immaculate. Great to have a lift too. Loved the location. Close to lovely restaurants. Would definitely book again maybe with hubby next time.

The property was clean and nice to stay in. Good views and a central location. Might have been a bit unpleasant to stay in the very hot weather, as the sash windows couldn't be opened very far (for safety reasons no doubt). The decor was a bit dated, but acceptable for the duration. The worst thing was a raised lino floor in the kitchen, which wasn't exactly a trip hazard, but looked unsightly. I would cautiously recommend and stay at the property again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this apartment. Very close to all major sites in the city. Only drawback was the weather. It was warm and the apartment being on the third floor and having no air conditioning took awhile to cool off

Ideal Spot for a Stay in Bath
The Georgian House flat was a wonderful place to stay. It was right in the heart of things and an easy walk from the train station and to places like Bath Abbey and great shopping. It was also a very tranquil place, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was clean and charmingly decorated. Me and my two sisters were sad when our short stay came to an end. I’m sure we will be back and would highly recommend it as an ideal place to stay in Bath.

Excellent location for all Bath’s attractions including: spars, river walks, shops, dining, rugby ground. The property is in good condition and clean will all facilities working. Access is via stairs or lift and it over looks the River Avon giving excellent views.

We could’t see any dust anywhere, and there were not too many accessories which can collect dust. The apartment had everything we needed, and the further information regarding the cleaning regime added comfort to our stay.
