Staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. I have enjoyed free fruit, water, and lemonade in the evening. Aldi is just round the corner. 5 mins walk to the metro station.

We stayed in the room with 1 double bed and 4 single bed. It was still very spacious..well lit naturally...bathroom was spacious too....it is far from the airport but closer to all other tourist attractions
There was only 1 toilet for 5 of us

It was close to bus and train stops, so it was easy to get transport. Or you could walk into Vienna for around 30minutes and start seeing some landmarks. The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable.
There is only aircon in the reception area. Room was too hot at night. We had a fan but it didn’t really work. Staying in the room was unbearable. So we had to have the window open, which meant all we could hear were other guests. Unfortunately the guests we heard were a group and were very loud.
